Register your dog for the Denver Dog Park. The Dog Park now is open and we want you and your dogs to join in the fun.
What Do You Need to Register?
Registration is $20.00 per year for the first dog and $10.00 per year for each additional dog. You can register up to four (4) dogs.
You’ll need liability coverage. Your homeowner’s insurance likely covers this. If you rent, you’ll need to check your policy. Alternatively, you can get a general liability policy from most insurance agents or online.
You’ll need a Verification of Health Form from your vet for each dog. If you plan to register online, you’ll want that scanned or in PDF format. Paper works fine for offline Registration.
Please complete the following steps to register your dog(s) for the Denver Dog Park:
Write your check payable to the Borough of Denver. The annual fee is $20.00 for the first dog and $10.00 each for additional dogs.
Mail the completed Registration Form, Liability Waiver, Verification of Health Form, and your check to Denver Borough, 501 Main Street, Denver, PA 17517 or drop off the information in the secure drop box located to the right of the front door at the Denver Borough Municipal Building, 501 Main Street, Denver, PA 17517.
What Happens Next
Over the following week, your information will be reviewed by the Borough staff including the dog health information forms and the information you provided for completeness and to ensure everything is current. Upon approval, you will be notified by email. You’ll receive your Dog Park key fob by postal mail or you can pick it up at the Denver Borough Municipal Building. The Dog Park key fob opens the electronic gate to the Denver Dog Park.
