Compact Fluorescent Light Bulb Recycling

Compact Fluorescent Light Bulb (CFL) Recycling

The Borough of Denver provides a facility at the Municipal Building, 501 Main Street, to properly collect and recycle Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs (CFL) in the Borough. Denver Borough residents now can recycle their compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) free of charge by bringing those bulbs to the Denver Borough Municipal Building, 501 Main Street, and placing the bulbs in the designated recycling bucket.

Residents are encouraged to recycle CFLS to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the Borough.  Please see the attached fact sheet titled “Information on Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs (CFLs) and Mercury” for additional information.
