People living in the Borough should be made responsible to keep their properties clean of trash and weeds. Properties in constant violation should be monitored and possibly fined.

I recently learned about an initiative called "Homegrown National Park" (https://homegrownnationalpark.org) that seeks to motivate people to use their lawns as special places that preserve habitats and care for the earth. Imagine your lawn is a mini national park. I'm trying to garden and plant native species in my lawn so that I can be "on the map". I'm wondering if this would be something the Borough could be involved in as well? I've noticed habitats and such in the park, and mentions of ideas like this in the newsletter.
